“Through LWBV, I want to empower female athletes through this platform, with advice, insights, and resources for navigating the challenges and triumphs of sports. My goal is to create a place for strong, resilient, young women, to find the tools they need to thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually in their athletic journey.
Through conversations with experienced athletes, coaches, and others, as well as sharing my personal experiences, I dive into a wide range of topics relevant to female athletes. From tackling injuries and mental health struggles, to embracing faith as an athlete, LWBV is a safe space where followers can find inspiration, support, and guidance.
I believe that by gathering different experiences, we can uplift and strengthen each other through all the curveballs sports throw at us as females. Together, let’s celebrate the small wins, learn from the setbacks, and achieve those big victories.”
- Alayna Suprenand
Hi! My name is Alayna Suprenand, founder of Little Wins Big Victory! I currently play Division 2 basketball at Bemidji State in Minnesota. I am studying sports management and mass communications, with hopes to become a College Basketball Coach. Sports have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I have had many inspire me along the way. Through my years as an athlete, I have not had the easiest road. From 2 ACL tears and an Achilles rupture, to moving 8 hours away from home to follow a dream, I have so much I want to share with others who may be going through similar trials. It has been a passion of mine to share my story, and give people a place to find support, and advice on this specific topic. More importantly, I am guided by Jesus who has lead me every step of the way. It is my hope that I can inspire and motivate young female athletes from everywhere to take on whatever they are going through in their athletic career, with a confidence that God will be there each and every second.
